Susan offers courses tailored specifically to meet individual needs and requirements of any organisation, company, school, college, parents or any type of group.

She has for many years offered training courses of any length to those requiring them, particularly in the housing sector, even prior to her training and becoming a psychotherapist and trainer within that field.

Susan specilises in anger and conflict management in particular. Antisocial and inappropriate behaviour around anger and conflict are issues that involve everyone. The courses are designed to provide guidance and strategies in the management of ourselves when faced with these issues.

All courses are designed to give immediate and practical help to deal with the day to day challenges encountered in the work place or at home.
